Automatic Membership Renewal

 

ANA now offers automatic renewal for the convenience our Members!

The ANA is pleased to offer our members a new way to pay dues via the recently launched Automatic Renewal service. Automatic Renewal provides a convenient and secure way to renew your membership. 

When you enroll in the Automatic Renewal Program, your membership will always be current, so you will continue to receive your member benefits uninterrupted. Your membership will be renewed each year with no effort on your part! 

Automatic Membership Renewal Sign Up Instructions

To use Automatic Membership Renewal, you must have saved credit card information on file. To sign up and save your credit card information, follow these simple steps:
If you are in the process of renewing your membership for the current year, you can follow these steps to save your credit card information and signup for Automatic Renewal: 
  1. Once you have been brought to the Payment Information screen, choose your credit card type from the drop down box in the Payment Type field and provide the usual credit card information.
  2. Click Submit Payment
  3. Add an Account Nickname
    • At the top of the receipt page, click on the link to Manage Saved Credit Card Info 
    • Click on the Update button and in the Authorization section, check off Automatic payment for Membership and add Until Date
    • Check off Display at checkout and Acceptance of Authorization Terms
    • Click Submit to save
If you already have a saved credit card on file and want to use it for the Automatic Membership Renewal Program:
  1. Log into the ANA website and click on Manage Saved Payments from My Dashboard
  2. Click on Manage Saved Credit Card Information
    1. At the top of the receipt page, click on the link to Manage Saved Credit Card Info
    2. Click on the Update button and in the Authorization section, check off Automatic payment for Membership and add Until Date
    3. Check off Display at checkout and Acceptance of Authorization Terms
    4. Click Submit to save

Terms and Conditions 

  • If I opt in to automatic annual renewal of my ANA membership, the Association will automatically charge my annual Membership dues to the credit card I provide. I understand that, each year, ANA will charge my annual Membership dues to this saved credit card 90 days prior to my renewal date unless I notify ANA’s National Office team otherwise. I understand that ANA will send me an email notification 90 days before my Membership expiration date confirming that my Membership has been renewed for another year. I understand that this email will also serve as confirmation that my credit card has automatically been charged. 
  • Donations and contributions made in previous years will not automatically be charged to the saved credit card associated with my account. If I wish to donate again, I will have to re-enter my credit card information. 
  • I understand that changes to my Membership or billing information can be made at any time by clicking the My Dashboard button in my password-protected Member profile pages and choosing Manage Saved Payments. I can also call ANA’s National Office team at 1-856-380-6892, or email info@myana.org.
