The ANA CME Mission Statement (revised February 2020)

The American Neurological Association is a professional society of academic neurologists and neuroscientists devoted to advancing the goals of academic neurology; to training and educating neurologists and other physicians in the neurologic sciences; and to expanding both our understanding of diseases of the nervous system and our ability to treat them. The expected (and measurable) outcomes of the ANA CME program are that ANA members 1) are more knowledgeable about advances in research pertaining to their work and/or their patients; 2) are more confidently able to apply that knowledge to their work or practice; and, 3) report patient care impacts and improvements in their work/practice as a result of increasing their competence in advances in techniques, treatments, and approaches.
